Can we really ever trust people?

Sometimes I wonder is there anyone in this world that is completly trustworthy. You pour your heart and soul out to friends and they move on along with your secrets..... sometimes not keeping them to themselves. Then there are those life long friends who just have to tell that one person what you said... Why?? Is it theirs to tell? I wonder if everyone is this way and it is me that just doesn't understand. When someone says "please don't say anything" I take it to heart and never breathe a word. How about you?
This fact is not sad but true, that I have started to tell my most important secrets to God and God alone. He is the most trustworthy being in my life. He is always there when I need to talk, never judging me and letting me be myself. Sometimes I wonder if there is any human being that is truly created in "Gods image" as the bible states. If we are, then where are those people who you can trust with anything? Where are the ones that take your secrets and hearts desires to the grave?
