I am looking to you for directions

I am wondering if you can set me straight
in this crazy messed up world.
I can't remember the last time I felt happy
I can't remember the last time I felt pain
I wander through my days just feeling nothing...
but insane.
Lying in my bed, unable to fully move
I wonder when I will start to have full faith in you.
I put on an act, I put on a smile,
Nobody trully sees the anquish I hold deep inside.
I must make a change, I must make a decision,
I must fully depend on you to help me through.
I am unable to stay stagnant, I must pull through.

Please help me God because I give all my trust to you.
